1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ARISE Media & IT Consultants Ltd ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of SecureStreamHub ("the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SecureStreamHub is a secure, encrypted digital discipleship platform designed to provide private spiritual mentorship, community, and resources for believers, including those in high-risk or restricted access contexts. The Platform provides:

• Encrypted lesson and resource delivery
• Mentorship matching and communication tools
• Secure community access
• Subscription-based email updates and newsletters

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use SecureStreamHub. In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is higher than 16, the locally applicable age applies. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.

The Platform is available globally. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom are additionally protected by the rights granted under applicable EU and UK consumer protection law, which these Terms do not seek to limit or waive.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4.2 Account security

You agree to notify us immediately at info@am-it-consultants.com of any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 One account per user

You may not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without authorisation. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SecureStreamHub to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Harvest or collect user data without express consent
• Use the Platform for commercial solicitation without our written permission
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or encryption features

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our content

All content provided through SecureStreamHub — including text, curriculum, design, software, and media — is owned by or licensed to ARISE Media & IT Consultants Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Your content

Where you submit content to the Platform (messages, responses, feedback), you retain ownership. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

7. Privacy

Your use of SecureStreamHub is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take the privacy and security of our users — particularly those in sensitive or restricted contexts — extremely seriously.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we implement strong encryption and security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ARISE Media & IT Consultants Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 (EUR), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or misrepresentation, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer under EU or UK law.

10. Termination

10.1 By you

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@am-it-consultants.com. Upon closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform, or if we are required to do so by law.

10.3 Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact us first at info@am-it-consultants.com. We will endeavour to respond within 15 business days.

If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you hold under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or prominent notice on the Platform before they take effect. Your continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account before the effective date.
